A note on what coaching is.  As a certified wellness coach, I help you set goals, stay motivated, and build healthy habits through education and support. Coaching is not medical care, therapy, physical therapy, or medical nutrition therapy — I don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe. For anything medical, your physician is always the right partner.

Every program is a one-time payment for the term you select (1, 2, or 3 months). There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals — your card is charged once, securely, at checkout through Stripe. When your program ends, you simply choose whether to renew.
Coaching and movement are one-on-one and by appointment. Guided Pilates & movement in The Signature take place at the studio or another setting we arrange together. We'll confirm what works best for you during your consult.
No. OS Wellness provides general wellness coaching, guided movement, and educational nutrition habit support. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, do not provide therapy or physical therapy, and do not write medical nutrition or meal plans. Our services are not a substitute for care from your physician or a licensed professional. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition routine.
