Welcome to OS Wellness ("OS Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"), a wellness and fitness coaching service operated by Organic Shimmer Tanning + Wellness, located at 1325 Howard Ave, STE 439, Burlingame, CA 94010. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing a program, booking a session, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

OS Wellness offers private Pilates instruction, wellness coaching, and educational nutrition guidance, including protein and fiber tracking. Services are provided for general health, fitness, and lifestyle purposes for healthy adults aged 18 and older. The specific contents, session frequency, and scheduling of each program are confirmed during your consultation and may vary by program length.

Not medical or licensed professional services.

Christina Lewis is a NASM Certified Wellness Coach and a BASI-certified Pilates instructor. She is not a licensed physician, registered dietitian, nurse, psychologist, or physical therapist. The Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, mental-health therapy, or medical nutrition therapy, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any medical symptom, stop and seek medical attention.

2. Eligibility & Health Acknowledgment

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services.
You represent that you are in good general health and have obtained medical clearance, if needed, to participate in physical activity.
You agree to disclose any condition, injury, pregnancy, or limitation that may affect your participation.
You voluntarily assume the inherent risks of physical exercise and participation.

3. Programs, Pricing & Payment

Programs are offered in 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month terms at the prices listed on our website, in U.S. dollars.
Each program is a one-time purchase for the selected term. Programs do not automatically renew and are not recurring subscriptions. Your payment is charged once at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We do not store or have access to your full card number.
Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect programs already purchased.
To continue after a term ends, you may purchase a new program.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Sessions are scheduled by appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited. Program terms run from the start date confirmed at booking. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your health and goals.
Follow safety guidance and listen to your body during all activity.
Use any guidance, plans, or tracking tools at your own discretion and risk.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors including your effort, consistency, health, and circumstances beyond our control. Nothing on this website or in our Services should be interpreted as a promise of specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, plans, materials, branding, and program structures provided by OS Wellness are our property or used with permission, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written consent.

8. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Physical activity, including Pilates, carries inherent risks of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release OS Wellness, Organic Shimmer Tanning + Wellness, and their owners, instructors, and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OS Wellness's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OS Wellness and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your participation in the Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
