At OS Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your decision before and after you begin. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our coaching, Pilates, and nutrition programs. It applies to all purchases made through oswellness.app and is part of our Terms of Service.
Programs are sold as one-time purchases for a fixed term (1, 2, or 3 months). Programs do not automatically renew, so there are no recurring charges to cancel. When a term ends, your access simply ends unless you choose to purchase again.
You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided no coaching, Pilates, or nutrition sessions have taken place. Email hello@oswellness.app with your name and order details, and we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Once your program has started (your first session has occurred or coaching materials/plans have been delivered), refunds are handled as follows:
If you are unable to continue due to a medical issue, injury, or other significant circumstance, please contact us. We will work with you in good faith to pause your program or arrange a fair, pro-rated refund of unused services.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Email hello@oswellness.app with your full name, the program purchased, and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
